mini mittens!


Mini Mittens

so in my search for mittens i've made several and they were all huge and long..i felt it was just to much for a newborn baby..sooooooo i've sorta kinda came up with my own i went by one as a guide line as i dont make up my own stuff...i used vannas choice the blue is colonial blue..the green didnt have the label but it was vannas as well..its my favorite yarn...better picture to come....so here goes..

form a magic ring and chain 5 to form the ring
ROW 1 - 2sc in each sc - (10sc)
ROW 2 - 2sc in each sc - (20sc)
ROWS 3 - 10 - HDC in each stitch
ROW 11 - chain 1 sc in same stitch, *ch1, skip next stitch, sc in next st* around
ROW 12 - DC around, finish off

TIES - chain 50 weave in ends, weave thru chain 1's in ROW 11

Once you form a magic ring how many sc's go in the ring? 10?

hi...you might of picked up on a flubb...it should be 5 sc's in the magic ring...then 2sc's in each of the stitchs so you'd get 10

I think by toque you meant hat? I used something off of ravelry but no idea now as to what pattern that was
